Obituary
William Jason Bradley "Jay" Carr was born August 26, 1981 in Tulsa, OK to Linda Kay Williams. He passed from this life March 5, 2011 at the age of 29. He was a 2000 graduate of Union High School and had worked most recently in sales and customer service for Drug Warehouse.
Jay was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert E. and Glenda Sue Williams; and his uncle, Mark Williams. He is survived by his mother, Linda and step-father, Bobby Watkins; his sister, Jamie Lynn Carr; his goddaughter, Jalynn Tubbs; aunt, Jennifer Williams; cousins, Kilby and Kadin Williams; and his best bud, Nick Tubbs.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2011 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Tulsa. A graveside committal will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
