Verna Lee
Obituary
Verna Lee was born on March 28, 1913 in Eula, Arkansas to Chester Arthur Hendrix and Noma Frances (Mitchell) Hendrix. Verna passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011 at her home at the age of 98.
For many years Verna was a cashier for what is now known as Freeland Brown Pharmacy in Brookside and was a longtime member of Brookside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grant Marquette. Verna is survived by her sister, Loretta Bennett, of Tulsa.
