Udeyne G. Adamson

Udeyne G. (Daniels) Adamson was born March 17, 1920 in Ramona, OK to Sidney & Gertrude (Ely) Daniels and passed from this life April 11, 2015 in Sapulpa, OK at the age of 95.

Udeyne graduated from Central High School in Tulsa. She was an active member of her church. Other than spending time with her family, her hobbies were all art oriented. She loved to draw, paint and knit. She was a great quilter and made quilts for every member of the family. She worked as secretary for most of her life. She worked for Bill Jackson’s legal firm until she retired from office work. She continued to work in other capacities for many years after “retirement”. She was not one to slow down and rest. She worked on projects for many people until the day she left us.

Udeyne was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Calvin Andrew Adamson; her sisters, Theo McCutchen and Francis Hughes; and her brother, Samuel Daniels. She is survived by her sons, Michael Adamson and his wife Judi and Mark Adamson and his wife, Karen; her daughter, Dee Ann Elliott and her husband, John; 9 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and funeral at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, both at Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. Udeyne will be interred 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, OK.
