Thomas Gribben

GRIBBEN - Thomas Joseph, 48, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, died Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Tom was born to Thomas Louis Gribben and Patsy Ann (Wise) Young on February 24, 1960 in Tulsa, OK. Tom married the love of his life, Maureen Kinney Gribben on November 23, 1985 in Tulsa Oklahoma where they raised their three children Meaghan Maureen (21), Mary Kate (18) and Michael Patrick (12). Tom will be best remembered by his integrity, loving nature, kind and gentle soul and his love and deep commitment to his family.

Friends and family will deeply miss Tom's warm, gentle nature and his trademark smile. Tom is survived by his wife; three children; his mother, Patsy; father, Lou; and brother, Tim, all of Tulsa, OK. Also surviving are his brother, Todd of New York, NY; several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and a group of devoted family and friends too numerous to mention.

A memorial mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Church of St. Mary. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Mary's Catholic School Endowment Fund, or Bishop Kelley High School.
