Obituary
Shirley Louise (Davidson) Gilley was born November 26, 1927 in Barnsdall, Oklahoma the daughter of Bert and Ida (Gruenwald) Davidson. Shirley completed this life on Thursday, August 25, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 83.
Mrs. Gilley worked in her husband's law office as a legal secretary for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vural L. Gilley on July 26, 1977.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Etier of Tulsa, OK, Charlotte Robinette of Tulsa, Charlene Barton of Oregon and Tammy Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her sister, Yelma Turner of Cadiz, Kentucky; four Grandchildren and four great Grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday in the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 29th in the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
Memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia Foundation.
