Ruby Kisner
Obituary
Ruby Nell Neal Kisner was born November 13, 1916 in Porum, Oklahoma to George Marion and Mollie Bell (Matthews) Neal and passed from this life September 11, 2010 at the age of 93.
Nell obtained her Master's degree and taught for over 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Richard Kisner and survived by her daughter, Karen Hinton of Newkirk, Oklahoma; her son, Richard Neal Kisner of Iowa; her brother George T. Neal of Wichita, Kansas; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A private family service will be held. The family directs contributions to be made to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, 1904 N. Union, Suite 103, Ponca City, Oklahoma 74601.
