Rosie Lee Armstrong

Rosie Lee (Carey) Armstrong passed from this life March 24, 2016 at the age of 86. Rosie was born January 30, 1930 in Red Bird, OK to her parents Dave and Nancy (Johnson) Carey.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Lawhead; father, Dave Carey; daughter, Christine Milligan; son, Charlie Harper, Jr.; son-in-law, Michael Billingsly; granddaughter, Della Whitten; and grandson, George Milligan, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Billingsly of Big Cabin, OK; Martha and her husband, Michael Manard of Tulsa, OK; and a son, Lewis and his wife, Valerie Armstrong of Catoosa, OK; her dear daughter-in-law, Edwina Harper of Euless, TX; precious and loved friend, Bernice Baisden of Claremore, OK; her grandchildren Choyah (Hootie), Christie, Charlie III, Stacey, Christopher, Dwayne, Treasa, Lewis Jr., Brenda, Jason, Amy; and numerous great grandchildren.

Rosie was most happiest fishing with her sons and sons-in-law. She will be missed by all. LOVE YOU MOM!!!

Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday and funeral 10:00 AM Tuesday both at the Ninde Brookside Chapel. She will be laid to rest following at Memorial Park Cemetery.
