Obituary
Roger William Olsson was born on December 21, 1932 in Joliet, IL to Carl Albert Olsson and Gladys (Strom) Olsson. Roger passed from this life at the age of 79, on Saturday, October 6, 2012 surrounded by his family.
Roger graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor's degree. For many years after, he sold real estate. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Korean Conflict and was honorably discharged.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Wilkerson) Olsson, of Edmond, OK; 2 sons, Shaun Olsson, of Minneapolis, MN and Brent Olsson, of Oklahoma City, OK; a brother, C. Alan Olsson, of West Yarmouth, MA and 5 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18, at Victory Christian Center Chapel.
