Richard Lee Dick

Richard Lee Dick was born July 7, 1942 in Munich, ND to Herman & Elizabeth Dick and passed from this life surrounded by family on May 25, 2016 at the age of 73.

Richard proudly served in the United States Army and upon his return stateside he worked as a industrial painter until his retirement. He married the love of his life, Lula Lee “Lou” Wilkerson, on July 1, 1963 and they enjoyed 41 years of marriage until her death September 11, 2004. Richard loved his family, riding his Harley and regaling friends with his tales. He is happily rejoined with those who have passed on and his joy is now complete. The impact he left on our lives will forever remain with us.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lou; and his grandson, Tyler Mathis. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Shoemaker and her husband Sam, Kim Auxier and her husband Garett and Teresa Mathis; his grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Jonathan & Zoe; and his great grandson, Slayde.
