Ray Brisco

Ray L. Brisco, Jr. was born October 19, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ray L. Brisco, Sr. and his wife, Beverly (Swicegood) Ashworth and passed from this life October 13, 2010 at the age of 58.

He loved sports of all kinds, but without a doubt, golf was his favorite. For years he also enjoyed being a member of the church choir and playing his trumpet in the church orchestra. Some of his happiest moments were spent with his grandchildren. He cherished the many friends he made at his favorite restaurants and the weekly dinners he shared with his family.

Preceded in death by his father, Ray L. Brisco, Sr. and daughter, Denise Yanish, Ray is survived by his mother; his daughter, Kristin Wright; his brother, Robert Ashworth; his grandsons Edward Yanish, Connor Wright and Cohen Wright; and his granddaughter, Billie Yanish.

Ray will lie in state 10:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday with family receiving friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. and a funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, all at the Ninde Woodland Funeral Home Chapel with final interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
