Peggy Rigsby Zulkey

My condolences to family and friends of Peggy Zulkey. Mrs. Zulkey was one of the residents I served as a hospice chaplain for Ark Hospice, and she was a delightful lady with a warm smile when she was feeling up to a visit. May God grant peace and rest to you all.
