Bennett, Opal Rachel, passed from this life on Sunday, June 10, 2007 at the age of 91 years. Opal was born on March 14, 1916 in Cecil, Arkansas to William and Zedy (Scroggins) Hughes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Bennett in 1993. She is survived by 2 daughters, Coleen Cox, of Sand Springs, OK and Linda Smith, of Glenpool, OK; 1 son, Homer Wayne Bennett, of Sand Springs, OK; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Service 10:00 A.M. Wednesday Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel interment in Memorial Park Cemetery. Ninde Brookside 742-5556.
