A Life Full of Love, Laughter and Light
Noah Graham Boaz was born on September 13, 1996, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Bolan (Bo) and Julie (Smith) Boaz. He received his wings to be with Jesus in Heaven on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026, at the age of 29.
Noah grew up in Tulsa, attending Grimes Elementary, Edison Preparatory Middle School and graduated from Street School delivering the graduation speech for his class of 2015. Noah went on to live his adulthood in Cave Springs, Arkansas and Wichita, Kansas. Noah became a Master Commercial Plumber working for Carrs Plumbing, which became his second family away from home. Noah enjoyed and excelled at physical labor which he knew was Gods calling for him. Noah had a passion for Lacrosse, where he joined the Wichita Wingmen and was heavily involved in the Wichita Warbirds where he taught young boys his love for the game.
His life was full of love, laughter, and light. He was adventurous, creative, funny, and full of energy. He was genuinely a person who never met a stranger. He had a gift for making everyone around him feel welcome, loved, and alive. Noah was talented, goofy, wild, and at times wonderfully reckless. His contagious personality and endless energy made life with him an adventure. He brought sunshine into every room he entered and left an unforgettable impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Above all, Noah loved Jesus with his whole heart. His faith was at the center of who he was, and his love for Jesus was divine, passionate, and infectious. He lived with a joyful spirit that reflected the love he had for his Savior Jesus Christ. Noah had a spiritual anointing and throughout his journey here on earth he struggled with his demons. Noah’s gift of discernment provided him with the ability to recognize his battles with the enemy, but his faith remained unshaken!
Noah would want those he loved to go out and love just as BIG as he did. Celebrate his earthly life but even more importantly celebrate his Homecoming! His light will continue to shine in the sun, moon, stars, and wind. He would want everyone he knew to keep loving each other!
Noah was preceded in death by his Papa Carl and Grandpa Ray.
Noah is survived by his parents Bo and Julie Boaz, his sister, Shelby (Boaz) Dempsey, her husband DJ Dempsey, his niece and nephew, Charlie and Hollis Dempsey, his precious soulmate and ride or die Lily Wiedeman and her son, his best friend, Karson, his sweet Penny girl, his two grandmothers Barbara Smith, Bobbie Bond, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, coworkers, and friends.
Noah’s life was a beautiful reminder to live boldly, love deeply, laugh often, and embrace every adventure God has placed before us. Though his time on Earth was far too short, the love, laughter, light, and memories he gave to those around him will live on forever. As Noah would always say, “I’m fired up! LET’S FREAKING GO!’

There’s no words to describe how greatly sorry I am to hear the passing of Noah. Some of my earliest memories revolve around Noah, from running around at Asbury in elementary to chasing him around in middle school at Edison. A song that always reminded me of Noah, even into my adult years, was “Chasing Cars” by Snow Patrol, he would always sing it in 6th grade and oddly enough it stuck with me. Noah was a big part of my younger years and I’m heartbroken to hear his years were cut short. Thinking of the Boaz family, I am so sorry.

My grandmother lived next door to the Boaz family and growing up I often played with Noah and Shelby when I'd visit my grandmother, which was quiet often. Attached are pictures of a card Noah and Shelby made for my grandmother. Thank you for being great neighbors. My grandmother, myself, and my whole family are praying for our beloved neighbors. If you ever want to talk im sure my grandmother and Linda would welcome catching up, they both still live on the same block, just give my grandmother some advanced warning and be prepared, its hard to stop her once she starts a conversation! May our heavenly father heal your hearts and guide your steps one day at a time.

I played baseball with Noah as a child, also went to Edison with him for many years, and finally reconnected with him after we both made Wichita a home after we were adults. Noah and I were much alike. 🙏

Julie showed me a picture of her,Shelby and Noah lying under the Christmas tree looking at the lights from the inside of the tree. Noah laughed and commented on the beauty of the twinkling lights.
