Michael Aldi Apostolides

Michael Aldi Apostolides, 62, of Tulsa, OK passed away on June 12, 2026.  He was born on March 25, 1964 in New York, New York.

Michael lived a life shaped by deep love for his family, a generous spirit and a soul that those closest to him could see reflected in his eyes.

A cum laude graduate of Dallas Baptist University, Michael used his business and technology education in the telecommunications field.  He was a design engineer for AT&T before becoming a regional manager of operations for Windstream Communications.

After enjoying a successful career in telecommunications, Michael made a mid-life career change and followed his passion for high end vehicles.  He became a master mechanic and worked on everything from Lamborghinis to Ferraris.  Trading his business suit for coveralls gave Michael the freedom to use his God-given intellect and talents in an environment that allowed him to be both creative and structured.

He loved fishing, gardening, researching and learning.  His many Jack Russell Terriers and cats enjoyed a pampered life due to his love for animals.

Although Michael accomplished many things throughout his life, his greatest roles were those of father, grandfather, godson, brother and friend.  The birth of his daughter, Zenver Marie, became the defining milestone of his life and his truest purpose.

Michael is survived by his children, Zenver Apostolides and Justin Rooker (Kristin); brothers, Steven Apostolides (Lisa) and Nicholas Aldi (Cindy); grandchildren, Kedric Apostolides, Madelyn and Charlotte Rooker; nephews, cousins, one aunt and a friend base that will miss him terribly.
