Obituary
Mary Zartaludes was born on June 4, 1928 in Sapulpa, OK to James and Alexandra (Felactu) Zartaludes. Mary passed from this life on Friday, January 25, 2019 at her home in Sapulpa at the age of 90.
Mary graduated from Sapulpa Central High School and attended Oklahoma A & M majoring in Finance. After school she held positions with ONG, AMOCO and retired from Telex. Mary was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and always looked forward to helping with the annual Greek Festival in the fall.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a twin sister at birth and her brother, Jerry Zartaludes in 1995. She is survived by several relatives and many beloved friends.
Trisagion 6:00 P.M. Thursday at Ninde Brookside Chapel and the funeral liturgy 10:00 A.M. Friday at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church Building Fund, 1222 S. Guthrie, Tulsa, OK 74119.

I truly love this lady. The warmth and knowledge and smile and radiating love was easy to adore . I knew her for over 30 years. She will always be in my heart until I die then I'll be with with her in God's light. RIP MY DEAR MARY.

My nuna Mary was a remarkable women whomb I will never forget. She brought joy and love into my life and she was the best godmother a girl can ask for. Her precence on this earth brought happiness to so many and her smile would light up any room. May her soul rest happily in Heaven a place in which she described “magical and everlasting”.

Mary was such a role model to many of us. Her independence and her spirit is such an important influence. I always marveled at Mary's ability to drive from Sapulpa into Tulsa or BA for an event or activity....late at night, even! I have MANY favorite memories of Mary but one that really touched me was when I slightly messed up the edges of a tray of baklava during Festival baking. I said, "help, my baklava needs surgery!" Mary calmly came over and rescued my baklava edges , encouraged me and made me feel welcomed to be there. I recently learned some of her tips for youthfulness. I will miss her alot.

I was saddened to hear about my best friend and big sister as I used to tell her. We loved her and she will be very much missed by my son Michael and l.
