Obituary
Mary Jeraldine Mangrum, 90, of Broken Arrow, passed peacefully on July 24th, 2025. Mary was born September 9, 1934, in Coweta, Oklahoma, to parents John Davis & Geraldene Emanuel.
Her career spanned over 40 years at St. Francis in Critical Care, and she was proud to say she started at St. Francis when the hospital was first built. She often told the story of being there for St. Francis’ first patients, a momma cat who birthed a litter of kittens as the hospital was being built. She married Everett Roy Mangrum on December 30, 1958, and had three children, Larry Mangrum, Carolyn Cook, and Tammy Burrows. She was a proud and loving mother, grandma and was the heart and soul of family get togethers, hosting holidays filled with food, laughs, and love. She is remembered and loved by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of Calvery Heights Church and loved her church family.
Mary’s funeral will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Calvary Heights Church and she will be laid to rest privately at Park Grove Cemetery, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Rhonda Foster
Mary was my mother's roommate at Cedar Ridge Assisted Living. We will always remember her as the sweetest lady. She always greeted everyone with a sweet smile, and wanted to be hugged when we came and left from visiting. She was quick to tell everyone, "I love you". I appreciate the kindness she exhibited around my mother, which only helped them both during their time together. She will be greatly missed.

Sister Mary was always a happy person, she loved people and lifting people moods she could turn a gloom and dume into a bright moment, you could tell she loved her Lord she was the one who always put the dinner list together for holidays, or special occasion. She is now walking on the streets of gold singing with the angels .she might be gone for now but I will see her again with her beautiful smile on her face . Love ya sis, Iva Starnes.
