Marie Holt

Marie Marguerite Holt was born February 6, 1918 in Stillwater, OK to Frederick W. & Augusta W. (Post) Seeliger and passed from this life August 4, 2012 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 94.

Marie led a full and healthy life. She was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church until her health would not allow her involvement. Over the years she enjoyed dancing, gardening, traveling, playing bridge, attending plays as well as spending quality time with her family. Family, faith and community were vital elements in her life.

Marie is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Myrl Holt; her son, James H. Holt; her sisters, Olga Willman, Elizabeth Seeliger and Walda Coppedge; and her brothers, Walter Seeliger, Bill Seeliger, Oscar Seeliger and Otto Seeliger. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Woolverton and her son, Bill M. Holt.

Her funeral will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Grace Lutheran Church. She will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery.
