Maria Halvaci

Maria Boyaci Halvaci, 73, fell asleep in the Lord on Sunday, February 24, 2008. Maria was born May 2, 1934 in Imbros, Turkey the daughter of George and Angeliki (Costantides) Boyaci. She married Paul P. Halvaci on January 10, 1960 in Imbros, Turkey. She retired from Miss Jackson's fur salon. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Paul; her daughter: Noula Halvaci of Tulsa; her son: Mike Halvaci and his wife Gerardina of Daharan, Saudi Arabia; sister: Vasiliki Hadsudis of Greece; and her brother, Pete Boyaci and his wife Freda of Tulsa. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 29, 2008 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church with interment following in Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Holy trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Building Fund, 1222 S. Guthrie, Tulsa, OK 74119.
