Margie Pope

Pope, Margie M., 92, of Tulsa, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Margie was born on January 14, 1916 in Fly Creek, AR to Walter and Maud (Brunk) Buskirk. She was a longtime bookkeeper for First Tulsa and Pope's DX and was an active member of Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church for 50 years. She is survived by her son, Bob Pope, of Tulsa, OK; 2 grandchildren, Bobby Pope and his wife, Yvette, of Beaumont, CA and Jennifer Cain and her husband, Derek, of Broken Arrow, OK; 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-7 P.M. Sunday at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral service 10:00 A.M. Monday Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
