Lonnie Moody

Moody, Lonnie William, 80, died on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the Skiatook Nursing Center. Lonnie was born August 5, 1928 in Garden City, Oklahoma the son of Thomas Butler and Marguerite Phoebe (Sturgeon) Moody. He worked as a welder retiring from Flint Steel Corporation. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Evelyn Moody, a son, Lonnie William Moody, Jr. and a daughter, Joan Moody. Survivors: Daughters: Mary Covey and her husband John of Jenks, OK and Marsha Fenton and her husband Richard of Tulsa, OK; his sister: Barbara Stephens of Mannford, OK; four Grandchildren and four great Grandchildren. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21st at the Green Acres Cemetery.
