Ashcroft, Lloyd W., 79, died on Friday, November 23, 2007. Mr. Ashcroft was born January 19, 1928 in Miami, OK the son of Arthur Putman and Bernice Thelma (Woodford) Ashcroft. He married Vivian Tuttle on December 4, 1950. They have lived in Tulsa for over 50 years where they have been members of Memorial Baptist Church. He retired in 1994 as an agent for State Farm Insurance Company. Survivors: Wife of 56 years, Vivian; daughters: Viva Jean Ashcroft of Scottsdale, AZ, Mary Elizabeth Ashcroft of Wichita, KS and Alice Ashcroft Abbott of Bella Vista, AR; sons: Arthur Blake Ashcroft and his wife Nancy of Sand Springs, OK and Glen Brian Ashcroft and his wife Sherry of Owasso, OK; eight Grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 27 at Memorial Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless, 415 W.
