Leland Huffman
Obituary
Leland E. Huffman was born July 22, 1921 in DeLeon, Texas to Earl Stanley and Mable (Day) Huffman. He passed from this life Thursday, October 9, 2008 at the age of 87.
Mr. Huffman was a civil engineer and retired from Exxon. After retirement, he resided near his beloved Texas A&M where he graduated with the class of 1943 and was a member of the Aggie Ironmen basketball team.
Mr. Huffman is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alice (Metzer) Huffman; 3 daughters, Carol Galjour of Bryan, TX, Grace Standard of Springfield, IL and Marilyn Wilson of Tulsa, OK; son, Ron Huffman of New Orleans, LA.
