Obituary
Lelia Pauline Farmer Drury was born September 2, 1921 in Helena, Georgia the daughter of Commodore Winston and Rachel (Edmonds) McCarter. She completed this life on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the age of 90 years.
Pauline moved to Tulsa in 1960. She began working in home healthcare dedicating her life to helping others. She was a member of Victory Christian Center.
She was preceded in death by her son, Raymon Farmer and her granddaughter, Daina Farmer.
Pauline is survived by her daughter, Ruby June Thompson of Tulsa; her son, Jewell Wayne Farmer of Tulsa; her Grandchildren, Tim Thompson of Norman, OK, Barry Farmer of Canyon, TX, Jamie Bohannon of Tulsa, Miles Farmer of Tulsa and Rachel Farmer of Tulsa; eight great Grandchildren and three great, great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home, 3841 S. Peoria. Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Ninde Brookside Chapel. Interment will be in the Floral Haven Cemetery.
