Obituary
Kenneth Wayne McCauley was born on March 16, 1938 in Hill County, TX to Horace Weldon McCauley and Juanita Minerva (Frank) McCauley. Kenneth passed from this life on Thursday, May 18, 2017 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 79.
Ken served in the Army reserves earlier in life and retired from the Banking industry as a Trust Officer and Investment Executive. He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
Ken was a very talented woodworker and made it one of his primary hobbies. Ken had a Master’s Degree in Education, Industrial Arts degree.
He was preceded in death by his wife, of 51 years, Helen Joyce (Stubblefield) McCauley in 2010. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Tresa McCauley, of Bixby, OK; 2 sisters, Betty McCauley of Texas and Louise Curry of Florida; his 2 grandchildren, Cody and Haley McCauley and lots of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.

my memory of Kenneth is talking Thunder Basketball and Cubs Baseball with him sitting outside of Victory School. He was sharp and knew his sports and i enjoyed talking to him every afternoon. So Sorry for your loss.......

Dear McCauley family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of Kenneth. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:4. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones as well as do away with all causes we have for suffering, including sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will comfort your family also.

Kenneth McCauley was my only blood uncle. He raised his family in Christ and was a dearly loved man, husband, father, Grand Father, brother, and beloved son to my Grand Parents. He will be missed. My Uncle Ken made me a hand made baby cradle made of birch wood and also a beautiful Colonial/Plantation Style 2 story, 6 room dollhouse; both of which I have passed along to my daughter. His woodworking skills were immaculate and the fact in my late 30's I was able to pass them down in the family is a testament to his work! I will miss his love, warmth, kind heart and sweet, sweet voice. May you Rest in Peace, Uncle Kenneth! Say hello to Aunt Helen, Papa, Nanny and your brother, Woodrow.
