Judy Sue Booker

Judy Sue (Cooper) Booker was born July 6, 1947 in Pauls Valley, OK to Tommy Atwood & Ramona Mae (Holt) Cooper and passed from this life on October 19, 2019 at the age of 72.

Judy attended East Central State College. She was an elementary teacher for over 30 years.  She was active in the Hallmark Club, Cappa, and enjoyed her Bunko group. Judy loved collecting many things but especially Christmas ornaments.  She was a loving grandmother who cherished her grandchildren dearly. She was a caretaker to all she knew.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Atwood & Ramona Mae (Holt) Cooper; her husband, Richard Clinton Booker; her son, Jeffery Clinton Booker; her brother, Bobby Nelson Cooper; and her mother-in-law Eileen Booker.  She is survived by her sister, Mary Ann Huey and her husband Roger; her daughter-in-law Katie Booker; her father-in-law Robert Booker; and her grandchildren, Kaylyn Booker, Kamryn Booker, Hailey Armstong, and Braden Armstrong.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. and a funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 24 all at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home and Chapel.
