Joyce Rotert

Joyce Rotert was born on May 27, 1932 in Witts Springs, AR to Fred & Ruby (Turney) Compton. Joyce passed from this life at the age of 83 on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She graduated from Blackgum High School and later attended college. She worked many years as a staff assistant for World Changers International, a non-profit organization.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Leon Rotert in 1999. She is survived by her sons, Daryl Swimmer, of Tulsa, OK and Terry Swimmer, of Gore, OK; a sister, Bernice Taylor, of Tulsa; a granddaughter Alisha Scott and 2 great-grandchildren, Tyler Swimmer and Kaylee Bradshaw.
