JoEllen Hauber was born on November 10, 1941 in Tulsa, OK to Jessie and Mary Etta (Browning) Boyd. She passed away on Friday, May 27, 2011 at the age of 69.
JoEllen worked for the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services as a mental health care provider.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Miller Hauber in 1995 and a daughter Stephanie Pringer. She is survived by 3 daughters, Mary Wattles, of Tulsa, OK, Stacy Barrett, of Sapulpa, OK and Shawna Hauber Vasquez, of Tulsa, OK; a son, Jerry Hauber, of Tulsa, OK; 2 sisters, Dianna Moderow, of Tulsa, OK and Melody Harris, of Texas; a brother, Richard Moderow, of Tulsa, OK; 5 grandchildren, Matthew West, Travis Wattles, Amanda Sykora, Colton Barrett and Josephiné Vasquez and 1 great-grandson, Isaiah West. Service 10:00 A.M. Thursday Holy Family Cathedral interment Rose Hill Cemetery.
