Obituary
Born Joan Carol Cupps, on July 4th, 1937 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to parents Lorene and Wilson Cupps. Joan passed from this life on Friday, March 4th, 2016 at the age of 78.
Joan married Leon Meier September, 6th 1959 and was a dedicated mother to 3 children. She worked outside the home at Par Buster as a seamstress, sewing sports related netting for baseball and golf cages, retiring from there in 1992. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and proud Grandmother of 4.
She is survived by a son, Terry Meier of Tulsa; daughters DeeAnn Planer of Broken Arrow and Janice Zwink of Burlingame, KS; 3 sisters Pat Crowe of Tulsa, Sue Herrington of Meeker and Deynna Wynters of Tulsa and four grandchildren, Jarred Planer, Rebekah Zwink, Harrison Zwink and Remington Zwink.
