Jennifer Rhoads White. Jennifer was born in Taiwan on February 24, 1975 where she was adopted by Edward and Suzanne Rhoads. Jen was raised in Austin, Texas where she graduated from McCallum High School in 1993. She then attended The University of Tulsa for a B.S. in Accounting. Jen loved music, was an accomplished pianist, and loved to dance. She was generous of heart and giving in spirit. Jen will be warmly remembered by those whose lives she touched. She fought her illness heroically and although nothing can assuage our grief, the family is thankful for the doctors and nurses who took such great care of her and for the friends and family who gave emotional and spiritual support to Jen – she enjoyed and valued every visit and thought and prayer. Jennifer Rhoads White passed with peace and grace on Thursday, January 3, 2019 in the arms of her loving husband and with family by her side.
Jen worked as a Senior Business/Financial Analyst for many years at Vixxo. She recently began volunteering on committees at The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges. She was an advocate for couples struggling with infertility, always happy to share her story and meet with couples at any stage during their journey.
Jen is survived by her beloved husband, Trevor; mother, Suzanne Rhoads; father, Edward Rhoads and his wife, Patricia Stranahan. Trevor’s father, Ken; his mother Suzanne Burkard and her husband Dion. Jen is also survived by her aunts, “Aiee” and “Birdie”, her uncle, “Big John”; her cousins, Larry and Michael, Susan, Karen and Colleen. Jen was an only child.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given to The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges www.tulsacenter.org (you can donate in her honor/memory), or the charity of your choice. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 12, at Ninde Funeral Home at 3841 S. Peoria, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She leaves us rich in memories.

Suzanne , Ed and Trevor, I was shocked to see that Jennifer passed away. I had to read iFacebook several times to believe it was truly Jennifer. My heart breaks for all of you. Jennifer was such a wonderful, fun loving person. I cherish the memories of her living next door on Clearview and she and Catherine running from house to house. Wow, I’m not the best at this. I don’t know how to put things in words but I’ll try. When we met Jen & Trevor, in Jamaica, we really liked you both immediately. We had a great time hanging out w/both of you. I remember Jen telling me her so wanting to be a mom & what struggles she had already been through & would do it again if she had the opportunity to do so.
