Jennifer Lea Rogers

Jennifer Rogers, 66, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away October 14, 2025 surrounded by family. She was born on September 9, 1959 at St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa to Claude and Rebecca Rogers.

A proud Tulsan, Jenny attended Barnard Elementary School, where she was Girl Scout, and later Edison Junior High and High School, where she cheered on her teams as a cheerleader and was always known for her helpful spirit. She continued to give back to her classmates by helping to plan high school reunions for many years.

Jenny attended the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of the Kappa Delta sorority. She later earned her degree from MidAmerica Nazarene College. She built a successful career at Sprint in Kansas City, where her hard work and positive attitude were well known among her colleagues and friends.

Jenny loved the Lord and was an active member of Evergreen Church in Tulsa, where she found joy serving in the preschool nursery and greeting others on the welcome team.

She had a beautiful singing voice and was a proud member of the Sweet Adelines. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint, cooking, baking, and grilling. She loved dogs, traveling with her mother, and cheering at stock car races with friends. She cherished her role as aunt to her two nieces, Sarah Rogers and Hannah James, and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her mother, Becky Rogers; brother, Tom Rogers and his Wife, Linda; her nieces, Sarah Rogers, Hannah James and Hannah’s husband Christian; numerous cousins, and many dear friends who will miss her deeply.

The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Ninde Brookside. A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
