Neer, Jeannine, 78, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 20, 2008. She was born on July 26, 1929 in Pittsburg, KS to Frank and Bertha Moffatt. Jeannine worked for 47 years by her husband's side in his veterinary clinic as a receptionist, greeter, clerical staff and office organizer. She is survived by her husband, Dr. William W. Neer, of the home; son, Dr. Mark Neer and his wife Kitty of Stillwater, OK; a granddaughter, Kelli Neer of Baton Rouge, LA and a son, William W. Neer, II and his 2 children. Memorial service 10:00 a.m., Friday in the Ninde Woodland Chapel. www.ninde.com
