Janice L. Allan was born on June 3, 1945 in Tulsa, OK to John William Roy and Laura Amanda (Replogle) Roy. Janice passed from this life on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the age of 68.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, her sisters and her daughter. She is survived by her husband, Robert Allan, of the home; her daughters, Roberta Allan of Tyler, TX, Laura Gibson of Tulsa, OK, Dixie Russell of Williamsburg, KS and Dianna Rager of Williamsburg, KS; a sister, Mildred Markland of Jay, OK; 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
