Irene M. Bray
Obituary
Irene M. Bray was born on March 30, 1927 in Tulsa, OK to Oliver and Jewel (Anderson) Meeker. Irene passed from this life on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the age of 91.
She graduated from Central High School in 1945 and retired from Brookside State Bank as a customer service representative. She also worked for Norvel Marcum Jewelry and Jewel Tech. Irene loved traveling, reading and gardening. She was a longtime member of the Lazy L Garden Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvin York Bray; her son, Phillip York Bray; her sister, Bonnie Brockman and a brother, Eugene Meeker. She is survived by her daughter, Becky Bray of Tulsa and a brother, Donald Meeker of Sand Springs, OK and numerous nieces and nephews.
Service 10:00 A.M. Thursday Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
The family of Irene would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Legends at Tulsa Hills and Rose Rock Hospice for their loving care and concern for Irene during her stay.
