Iola Sarah Womack Sear, 89, died on Sunday, November 15, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was born May 19, 1920 in Heavener, Oklahoma the daughter of Walker Hubert and Sadie Carine (Manning) Womack.
She worked for many years in the area of foreign service for the United States State Department.
She married William Frederick Sear who preceded her in death on April 19, 1995. They were members of First Baptist Church of Tulsa.
She is survived by her Brother: Hubert Womack of Nuevo, CA; her sister: Mildred Johnson of Sun City West, AZ; her step-daughters: Betsy Barnes of Tulsa, OK, Jackie Golden of Fayetteville, AR and Barbara Sear Henson of Memphis, TN.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009 in the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
