Harriett Bower

Harriett Maxine Bower was born July 4, 1918 in Amity, Missouri to David Alden and Lena Lowal (White) Harwood and passed from this life September 14, 2009 at the age of 91.

Maxine worked as a book keeper for Rockwell International and later as a real estate agent. Sharp in mind, efficient in nature and loving in heart she will be missed by all.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne J. Bower; her daughter, Dolores Hutchinson; her sisters, Mildred Hickens and Pat Fuhrer; her brothers, David Harwood and Wesley Harwood. She is survived by her sisters, Georgia Adams and Colleen Fisher; her granddaughter and her husband, Linda and Gregg Heller; her grandson Cary and Marleen Dwyer; three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Maxine will lie in state 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Ninde Brookside Funeral Home with a funeral service being held 10:00 a.m. Friday at Eastwood Baptist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
