Gladys Jane (Morris) McGhee was born August 26, 1918 in Comanche County, TX to Joe & Anne (Willis) Morris and passed from this life August 6, 2011 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 92.
Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Deward Allen McGhee; her sisters, Joyce and Cleta; her brothers Clifford, Marion, John Thomas and Joe Roy; Gladys is survived by her daughter Debra L. Chisholm; her son, Rick A. McGhee; her sisters, Sybil Martin and Annie Mearle Morris; her brother, Willis Morris; her grandchildren, Kerri Bury, Jeff McGhee, Matt McGhee, Adam McGhee, Josh McGhee, Scott Chisholm and Travis Mitchell.
Gladys will lie in state 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and her funeral will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, both at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery.
