Geraldine Cook

Geraldine Elizabeth (Bilby) Cook was born November 17, 1941 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Alonso and Irene (Meadows) Bilby and passed from this life on September 2, 2009 at the age of 67.

Geraldine spent 32 years on a farm with her husband and their children in Mayes County moving to Tulsa only when her health required they live closer to the medical community. Theirs' was a home filled with love and hard worksuch families that comprised the backbone of America and all it stands for.

Preceded in death by her parents Geraldine is survived by her husband of almost fifty years, James Ray Cook; her son and his wife, Tommy Ray and Karen Cook; her daughter and son-in-law, Linda Sue (Cook) and Rusty Richards; her son, Jimmy Cook; her sisters and brother-in-laws, Marva Lee and Jerry Eshleman and Delores and Larry Turner; her brother, John Bilby; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Geraldine will lie in state 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday and a funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, both at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home Chapel.
