Geraldine Cochran
Obituary
Geraldine (Capps) Cochran was born October 1, 1930 in Tulsa, OK to Paul Leon & Rosetta (Veach) Cochran and passed from this life on October 16, 2014 at the age of 84.
Geraldine was a life time member of Osage Territory Muzzle Loaders Association. She enjoyed quilting, embrodiering, sewing and gardening. She loved making gifts for her family. Geraldine especially loved spending time with family and friends; enjoying many holiday gatherings at her home.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wilmer Lee Cochran; her sister, Phyllis Peevyhouse; and her brother, Junior Capps. She is survived by her sons, Leon Cochran and Gary Cochran & wife Pam; her sisters, Barbara Sue Woods and Nancy Vales; 6 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Geraldine will lie in state 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and her service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel. She will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Gary and Leon and families, I am so very sorry for the loss of your Mother; it is always so difficult when our Mothers leave. I can only hope that you can find comfort in the memories she left with you. I have wonderful memories of Aunt Jerry (and Uncle Wilmer and you boys) and your visits to our house when we were kids and how we so looked forward to seeing all of you. I remember Aunt Jerry as "spunky" and a person with a big heart. I wish you all comfort and peace and offer my deepest sympathies.
