Frances Mortan Guthrie

Frances Irene (Hildebrant) Mortan Guthrie was born March 13, 1921 in Sycamore, KS to Earl Percival & Lener Belle (Gorrell) Hildebrant and passed from this life on April 19, 2012 in Jenks, OK at the age of 91.

Frances was preceded in death by her husbands, Otis Hershal Mortan and O. Guthrie; her sisters, Ruby Kile, Vera Ferguson, Juanita Wright, Anna Barnett and Jeannie Hall; her brothers, Earl Hildebrant, Jr. and Charles Hildebrant. She is survived by her daughters, Judith Ann Reed and Jackie Lyn Smith; her son, R. Frank Mortan; her sister, Susan Dry; her brothers, Ronald G. Hildebrant and Joe Kile; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren.

Frances will lie in state 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday with family receiving friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, Beaver Baptist Church, Jenks, OK. She will be laid to rest at the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
