Frances McMullen

McMullen, Frances Lucille (Burns), 83, died on Thursday, January 10, 2008. Born June 5, 1924 in Ponca City, OK the daughter of Cleve and Arie (Glen) Burns. Married Leon Louis McMullen on November 19, 1943 and he preceded her in death on November 8, 1989. Member of View Acres Baptist Church. Survivors: Sons, Arthur McMullen and his wife L'Dena of Tulsa and David C. McMullen and his wife Norma of Drumright, OK; Sisters, Nadine Reeves, Loretta Yandell and Florene Holokahi all of Heavener, OK; seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Dorothy Gilliam and Margaret Metzler; her brothers: Noris Burns and Olin Burns. The family will receive friends 6-8 on Sunday at Ninde Brookside Funeral Home, 3841 S. Peoria. Service will be 10:00 Monday at View Acres Baptist Church.
