Edward "Harry" Smithline
Harry Smithline, age 88 passed away September 20, 2012 in his home. His pride and most cherished accomplishment is his family.Edna, his wife of 65 years and two daughters: Connie DuVall Bruno and Sylvia Smithline Pilgreen.Grandchildren: Todd Lang, Greg and Cydney Bruno. Great grandchildren: Tucker, Annie, Liza Lang and Rachel Bruno. Moving to Tulsa from New York City, Harry graduated from Will Rogers High School. He served with the Marines for 3 years in the Pacific Theater till January 1946. Harry had a 38 year career with DX-Sunray, Sun Oil at the West Tulsa refinery.
As a long time member of the Harvard Avenue Christian Church, the family has requested donations be sent to their Building Fund: 5502 So. Harvard, Tulsa, OK 74135.
Service to held Tuesday, September 25th, 10:30 at the church.
