Edna Richardson

Edna Richardson age 93, longtime resident of Tulsa, prayers answered as she went home to be the Lord Wednesday evening in the Mamosa Assisted Living Center in Owasso. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the sanctuary of the Lewis Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Richardson was bon on February 11, 1913 in Bixby to Joe and Cora A. (Davis) Spurgeon. She and Wilbur B. Richardson were united in marriage on February 11, 1939 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He preceded in death on June 18, 1989. Survivors include her son Gary and his wife Wilma Richardson of Broken Arrow, niece Doris and her husband Dale Smith of Mustang, Oklahoma, five grandchildren Shelley Douglas and her husband Darran of Tulsa, Bryan Richardson and Kelley of Owasso, Kendall Lord of Florida, Kirk Lord of Tulsa, Melissa Lord of Sapulpa, eight great grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Kortnee, Mattie, Noah, Macy, Aden and Major and several other family members and friends, also special caretakers and hospice of Owasso.
