Dayal Meshri, a revered business leader, philanthropist, and devoted family man, passed away peacefully at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on May 25, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on March 11, 1936, in India, Dayal’s journey was one of courage, vision, and dedication. As the founder and CEO of Advance Research Chemicals, he became a pioneering force in the fluorine chemical industry, earning respect across the globe for his innovation, integrity, and relentless pursuit of excellence.  Beyond his professional achievements, Dayal was a man of profound humility and deep compassion. He gave generously to causes close to his heart—supporting education, connecting cultures through Tulsa Global Alliance, and community service both in the United States and India. His efforts not only built businesses but also bridged cultures and uplifted countless lives.

Orphaned at a young age, Doc worked extra hard to obtain education, preserve his cultural values, and serve as the foundation for his family. He lived a spiritual life, honored his late wife daily, and cared deeply for his community of friends. He is known for being the life of the party, a lover of experiencing the world through travel, and his unique ability to solve problems. Dayal will be remembered most for his outspoken strength, his love for learning, and the deep affection he had for his family. He was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, and a guiding light to many friends, colleagues, and protégés.  He is survived by his beloved family, Gita, Aria, Arjan, Sanjay, Julie, Madeline “Asha”, Bella, and Daya, who will carry forward his legacy of hard work, kindness, and service to others. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dr. Indu Meshri who passed away in 2005.

Private Family Services were held at the direction of Ninde Funeral Directors in Tulsa, with close family on May 29, 2025. A public service will be announced shortly. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Dayal’s memory to a charitable organization of your choice.

Dayal Meshri’s life was a testament to the power of perseverance, purpose, and heart. His impact will be felt for generations to come all over the world.
