Obituary
Delia M. Beju was born in Cluj, Romania on June 29, 1933 to Florea and Eugenia (Adam) Muresanu. Delia passed from this life on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the age of 83.
Delia received her PhD in Electron Microscopy and retired in her 70’s from cancer research. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Beju in 1985. She is survived by her daughter, Ioana Beju Miller of London, England.
Service 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at St. John’s Episcopal Church with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

I will truly miss Dr. Beju. We visited every day. I so enjoyed hearing her stories, discussing current events and seeing her drawings and paintings. I love that the last image I have of her was with her daughter, smiling, and wearing that crazy Santa hat! I will cherish that! My prayers for Comfort and Peace for her family.

Dearest Ioana, As you know, your Mother & Father were both very dear to me. I had so much respect & admiration for both. For their accomplishments as well as their perseverance. Over the many years we became so close. Your Mother even entertained my children at her home & they still ask about her. I was so distraught when I read of her passing & now I am not going to be in town & cannot even attend her services. I hope you find peace & healing. I am at a loss for words and shocked at the loss of your mother. She was such a pleasure for me to take on outings and to see her smiling face coming down the hallways and anxious to go somewhere. I am going to truly miss her but have great memories of this wonderful lady. I lift you up in prayer and know you also have great love and many memories of your own to help you through this. It was an honor caring for such a beautiful lady in her final years. I enjoyed our late evening conversations. The smile on her face when I walked into her room could only be compared to the smile that was on my face to see her. She was a blessing to be with and will be missed by many and will be missed by me. Wm Chavez the king as she always referred to me. Prayers of comfort, peace and blessings to you.
