Obituary
Deborah Ann (Hawk) Caldwell was born September 1, 1952 in Upland, California the daughter of J.B. and Dorothy Lucille (Slape) Hawk. She completed this life on Friday, July 15th, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Debbie and her husband, Donald L. Caldwell, made their home in Catoosa.
She is survived by her husband, Don; her daughters, Andrea "Annie" Rodriguez and Jessica Long and her husband Jason; her son, Mario Rodriguez and his wife Stacy; her brother, Ronnie Hawk; her Grandchildren, Tara Dawn Rodriguez, Dayzie Smith, Amilya Smith, Abigayle Lowen, Brenlee Long, Brittany Waller, Brianna Long, Cody Morris and Devon Morgan. She was preceded in death by her son, Gabriel Rodriguez.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 19th, 2011 in the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Ketchum, Oklahoma. Interment will follow in the Ketchum cemetery.
