Deanna J. Kelly

What a remarkable woman of God and great friend, confidante, mentor, big sister, and sister in the Lord. I only now learned of her passing as I saw her obituary posting when I "Googled" her name to make contact with her. Kim, Toni, and family, my heart goes out to you. I knew Deanna at first through work, then as a friend and neighbor. She taught me so much through the years, but what I will always remember most is our deep conversations, the sharing of our faith, and how in all things Deanna had a zest for life and for her Savior. After I moved away 17 years ago, we would still stay in touch as time would permit, and for many years shared an occasional meal, a quick visit, and would catch up. Heaven gained an angel, but she will be so missed.

My condolences to the family for your loss. May your cherished memories shared help to comfort each of you. God knows the pain you are feeling and will certainly help you to cope. (1 Peter 5:7) His Word tells us: "For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power." - Philippians 4:13.

Deanna was my dear, dear friend. She was my traveling companion(who always kept me moving) and my weekly card-playing partner. Deanna and I worked together often in the store house at our church, filling grocery bags with food and clothing, counseling and praying with others. She also worked with me on the senior citizens committee (Prime Time). Deanna was one of the most kindhearted, generous and fun loving people I knew. She was there for me whenever I needed someone after having knee surgery as she called to check on me every morning to ask if I needed anything at all. I miss her so very much but I also know that Deanna got to go home for Christmas. I want to send all my love and prayers to the family, as I know Deanna loved each and everyone of you very much. Deanna was such a wonderful lady. I first met her on a backpacking trip with the camping club. She brought laughter and joy. She will be missed.

To the family of Deanna. I am so sorry for your loss. Deanna was such a happy person and a joy to be around. I know that In time you will recall many happy memories of her life. I met Deanna through the Tulsa Canoe and Camping Club. She had a smile for every one and we always enjoyed her time with us. She will be missed.

Kim & Toni, I was so saddened to hear of your loss. I haven't seen your mom in a number of years but when I reflect on my growing up and early married years she is an ever present face. I know you will miss her terribly but I also know that she is dancing on streets of gold. I hope you can find peace in her promise of eternity. Kimberly and Toni, I'm so sorry to lose your mother. I have such wonderful memories of her, I feel very blessed for that. I loved her and she was a part of our family. I'm thankful she did not suffer and she has had the love of you and your families for many years. I hope you can find comfort in this time of sorrow, our love, prayers and thoughts are with you.

Grandma, you had such a presence in our family and you lived such an abundant life; I know the Lord said to you, "well done my good and faithful servant!" We did a lot together and I am so grateful for those memories but I will always cherish our conversations about the Word of God as you were my greatest teacher here on earth. I love you and miss you greatly!

We are so sorry to hear that our dear friend, Deanna Kelly, has passed away. We knew her through our membership in the Tulsa Canoe and Camping Club. We have been on a number of club outings with Deanna. One in particular was five days canoeing on the Green River in Utah. Deanna was a lot of fun to be around. She had a serious side as well as a great sense of humor. We will miss her a great deal! Don and Jean Bowman

We love and miss you immensely. Heaven has received a beautiful angel inside and out.

I am going to miss her so much, we fought like sisters and loved like sisters. We played cards together, worshiped together and politicked together, we had such fun. Deanna knew her Savior and I learned so much from her about God's word.

I am so very sorry to hear of this sad news. Heaven definitely gained another angel today. I will always remember her lively voice and laughter and her beautiful smile.

Beloved Mother and Grandmother - We will miss you dearly.

We had the pleasure of living next to Deanna for the past 6 years. She was a wonderfully nice woman and it was an absolute pleasure to live next to her. She always came by to say hello and see how our kids were doing. When we recently decided to move to Colorado she had a friend of hers knit our kids some very warm hats to wear this winter up there. That is just the kind of gesture that made her such a nice person to be around. We will miss her dearly. Cameron, Ashley, Henry, Sloane, and Louie.
