Clara Mae (Rose) Derboven age 82, former resident of McAlester died Friday in the Tulsa Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Gospel Assembly Church with Danny Goff, Thomas Igler and J.D. Wyzard officiating. Pallbearers will be James Danyeur, Aubrey Kirkendoll, Elden Dyer, Michael Angelo, Sr., Wade Dainel and Garett Rose. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Daniel, Billy Don Rose, R.W. Sartor and Loyd Wyzard. Burial will be in the Ashland Cemetery under the direction of the Ninde Garden Chapel, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Clara was born on June 25, 1924 in Ward Springs, Oklahoma to Martin Lee Rose and Fannie Mae (Herrington) Rose. Clara worked for Army Ammunition Plant for many years before moving to Tulsa. She and Martin Derboven were married on January 25, 1970 in Tulsa. She is survived by her husband Martin of the home, sister in law Willa Rose. Several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Ruby Coffey, Alta Coffee and Fay Hooser also 3 brothers Johnnie Rose, Bill Rose and Eugene Rose.
