Cheryl Powell

Powell, Cheryl Bethany (Bode), 52, died on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. Powell was born on November 6, 1953 in Tulsa the daughter of Kennett Arthur and Nancy Ruth (Ellis) Bode. She was raised in Tulsa where she graduated from high school. She married Richard Lynn Powell on April 11, 1992. She was a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Kennett A. (Nancy) Bode on July 30, 2001. She is survived by her husband: Rick; her son: Arthur Curtis Weldon of Memphis, Tennessee; her father: Kennett A. Bode of Tulsa, OK; her sister: Karen Bode Baxter of St. Louis, MO; father and mother-in-law: Fr. William and Jackie Powell of Stillwater, OK. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at the St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Sand Spring, OK with the Rev. William D. Holly officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodland Cemetery.
