Cheryl Hoffman

Hoffman, Cheryl Lynn (Moore), 57, died on Monday, January 14, 2008 in St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. She was born April 18, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the daughter of Lester Douglas and Doris Maxine (Stookey) Moore. She worked in the bookkeeping department for Citgo Petroleum. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Hoffman on January 3, 2004. She is survived by her daughter: Stephanie Frasier of Edmond, OK; her sons: Brent Frasier and his wife Shona of Mesa, AZ and Chad Frasier of Houston, TX; her grandchildren: Kaelynn Knoernschild, Baylee Knoernschild, Parish Frasier, Megan Knoernschild, Seth Frasier, Sydney Knoernschild; her sister: Linda Callison of Broken Arrow, OK; her brothers: Larry Moore and his wife Josanne of Broken Arrow, OK and Allan Moore and his wife Dani of Houston, TX. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2008 in the Ninde Woodland Chapel, 5757 S. Memorial with Pastor Virgil Roberts officiating. Private interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be made to breast cancer research.
