Obituary
Beloved wife, Mother and Grandmother passed from this life on July 8, 2021 at approximately 12:45 p.m. She was born February 11, 1923 in Porum, OK to Bessie Griffin and Walker Griffin.
Bonnie earned her master’s degree and retired from teaching after 32 years at Eisenhower Elementary School here in Tulsa. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church which became Southern Hills Baptist Church.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her Father and Mother; husbands, Thomas M. Herron and Donald Potter; brothers, Ray and Ralph Griffin; and sister, Goldie Ferguson Adkins. She is survived by son, Jerral Herron; grandson, Ronnie Herron and wife, Kim; great grandson, Kyler Herron; a sister, Ann Ishmael and nephews, nieces and many friends.

Q: What will you miss most about Bonnie? A: The fact that I did not know you had passed. Being a niece in the family means nothing I guess. I loved you so much Aunt Toots and so sorry I wasn’t included in your celebration.
